Does it get any better?

As this goes live, I'm still enjoying a long weekend on the beautiful emerald coast with several running friends and fellow blogger buddies.  You'll have to be patient for the details.   Suffice it to say:  we had a blast, Florida Gulf Coast beaches never disappoint, and there were a few incredible PRs at the Panama City Beach half marathon.

I am soooooo proud of this lady (and all of our runners!)

Just one attempt...seriously!

Have you ever visited the Florida panhandle?  Which city?

Where is your favorite beach?

    1. It's actually quite different on the east, west, and panhandle coasts. But you can't go wrong with any location in FL.

    1. I've never attempted a run on the actual beach. The sugar sands are pretty deep and fluffy. I'm too scared I'd turn my ankle. (Old lady problems!)
